Bret O’Brien, President
Bret obtained a bachelor of science in business from Cornell University, which he immediately put to use as a broker at O’Brien Commercial Properties, where he work for nine years completing office and industrial transactions in the Route 495 West market. In March of 2011 Bret O’Brien founded Greater Boston Commercial Properties. With over twelve years of experience throughout the region, as both a listing agent and a tenant representative, Bret understands real estate transactions on a level that enables him to give his clients an edge at each and every opportunity. His in depth knowledge and expertise in this region, combined with finely tuned sales and negotiation skills, as well as comprehensive investment analysis, allow him to provide a unique level of service that has built him an outstanding reputation. Bret O’Brien is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, and lives in Northborough Massachusetts with his wife and four children.

Benjamin Gatti, Associate
Ben grew up in the Boston area and attended Providence college in Rhode Island where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Benjamin began his real estate career in 2010 at Greater Metropolitan Real Estate in Boston and joined Greater Boston Commercial properties a year later. His focus is office and industrial sales and leasing along Route 495 from the Boroughs up to the Route 2 corridor. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and other charitable organizations.

Sharon Venini, Marketing
Sharon brings over 20 years of real estate office administration experience to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. She has earned two Associate's degrees from Newbury College and Mount Wachusett Community College and is a licensed real estate salesperson.  Sharon handles all the administrative responsibilities for the company.  Sharon has two grown children and resides in Marlboro, MA with her husband.
